WIZARDS OF THE SWEET SIXTEEN

The Sweet Sixteen games are over.  We had 14 gurus that were a perfect eight for eight on their Original bracket.  11 of them are perfect on the 2nd Chance bracket as well.  Will we call these people Wizards?  I don't think so.  How can you reward anyone for picking all of the favorites to win.  That doesn't take skill.  I know Oregon was a number three, but everyone knew Wisconsin was terrible and had no chance of making it this far.  What you 14 people do win is the Boy George award for bravery.  I'll even name you so you can't hide in the closet anymore.  These people that really think they've accomplished something are Bob Crisci, Stanley Macadory, TeddyBlue Mushock, Idgie Threadgoode, Jake Cruzen #2, Mark Ludek #2, Annie Beck, Lance Garvin, Tyrone Walker, Madison Painter, Quaye Bealmear, Gilbert Sims, Roy Ward, and Billy Barnett.  This award supercedes any other award you may win and will follow you the rest of the tournament.  If you are granted Wizardship, this cancels that designation.

After three rounds of the tournament, Bob Crisci of Fishers, Indiana has taken the overall lead of the Big Texas Shootout after two rounds of the tournament.  Bob was a perfect eight for eight on both his Original and Second Chance brackets.  Because of this great accomplishment, Robert has been granted Supreme ULTIMATE Wizard status (unfortunately it is cancelled by the Boy George award).  Congratulations Bob!

Making into the top ten of the standings after two rounds takes great skill.  If you can make it into the top ten, then you truly are a Supreme Wizard.  Those gained the Supreme level of Wizardry are Stanley Macadory (CANCELLED),  Teddy Blue Mushock (CANCELLED), Idgie Threadgoode (CANCELLED), Jake Cruzen #2 (CANCELLED), Robert Murphy (He's OK), Mark Ludek #2 (CANCELLED), Kristi Downing (She's OK), Annie Beck (CANCELLED), Michael Hargis , Ricky Fuller , and Harold Durham .  What's up with these last three.  They are just as bad as the Boy George folks as they were sorry enough to pick all the number one and number two seeds including Wisconsin.  How Clay Aiken is that?  (Wizardship....CANCELLED, CANCELLED, CANCELLED)

If you can get yourself into the top 25, you deserve to be called a Wizard.  Those granted Wizard status are Mike Alexander, Earl Shaw, Victor Gonzalez, Chris Pardue, Mark Holzinger, Mighty Mighty Mushock, Jerry Goff, Tres Jones , Lance Garvin , Aidan Morris, Bryan Bassham, Shane Reasonover , Jack Sanders, Gilbert Sims , and Tyrone Walker .  If you are Boy George or Clay Aiken or went to a Billy Joel concert (CANCELLED).
