We are working our way towards the end. After this weekend we will be down to the Final Four. Before that happens, we need to take a look at those that showed their skills in getting teams into the Elite Eight. Let's see who have earned Wizardary in the Third Round of the XXXII Shootout!
SUPREME ULTIMATE WIZARDS

Despite the fact that this has pretty much been a chalk tournament, there were a few Sweet Sixteen games that upset the apple cart, none greater than Auburn taking out North Carolina. We also saw #3 seeds Texas Tech and Purdue get through. Although those all might not normally be considered upsets, I can only work with what I have.

We only had two entries that were able to pick seven of the teams that made the Elite Eight on their original bracket. They were the best we had to offer in this years tournament.
For that achivement we award of Supreme Ultimate Wizard to:
DAVID GAMMACHE and ROD ODOM 1

Normally it's tough for Second Chance entries to obtain a higher Wizard status, but only had one individual that was able to correctly pick all of the teams that made the Elite Eight with their Second Chance. For that achivement we award of Supreme Ultimate Wizard to:
STEVEN HOBBS

ULTIMATE WIZARD

As mentioned, their were three teams that weren't #1 or #2 seeds to make the Elite Eight. There were 21 that got two of the three right on their Original Bracket. Special, but not that special. We did, however, have four entries on the Second Chance that got all three of those wins.
For this accomplishment we award Ultimate Wizard status to:
GUSTOV MAHLER, STEVEN HOBBS, BRIAN DOWDEN, JIMMIE PATRICK SR.

WIZARDS

Auburn advancing was the biggest surprise we had this year by the looks of the number of entries that picked them. When the numbers tell us this wasn't expected, we have to leave to those Wizards that got this right on their Original bracket. For that we award Wizard status to:
David Gammache, Matt O'Brien 1, Kevin McGuire,
Mitchell Earley, Amanda Sutton 1, Michael Ruemmele,
Austin Smith, Sanjay Biswas 2, Jonny Quest, Bobbi Groff,
Sue Anne Painter, Giovanni Pittore

NSurprisingly we only had a few that were able to get seven of the eight teams correct on their Second Chance bracket. For that we also award Wizard status to:
Brian Dowden, David Gammache, Kevin McGuire, Rod Odom 1, Scott Hiatt, Woodrow F. Call, Deets, Jeanne Gammache,
Augustus McRae, Rylee Scharfetter, Greg Eaton 2, DeWitt Knox
