DUCKS WIN THE BATTLE OF THE BIRDS AS OREGON UPSETS THE GAMECOCKS The #11 seed Oregon Ducks knocked out the #6 seed South Carolina. Although this was labeled an upset by the seedings, we actually had more people pick the Ducks than the Roosters. 113 of our 178 guru pool picked Oregon (63%). Still, those were some nice bonus points for those wearing the florescent colors.

DUQUESNE ISSUES FIRST UPSET OF THE TOURNAMENT BY TAKING DOWN BYU The Dukes of Duquesne came in as an 11 seed and proceed to author the first upset of the tournament by defeating BYU. The Dukes had a 14 point lead in the 2nd half but BYU came back and tied the game before falling by 4 points.
